We make every effort to respond to emails as quickly and efficiently as possible, but can only respond to email enquiries during office hours (9.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday). If your query is urgent please call The Life Centre reception as above. All bookings and cancellations for therapies, workshops and courses must be made by phone or in person at reception and cannot be dealt with by email.
Please note: We are not open on the following days in the year: New Year's Day, Good Friday to Easter Monday (inclusive), May Bank Holiday Mondays, August Bank Holiday Weekend (Saturday to Monday inclusive), Christmas Day, Boxing Day and any associated bank holidays. Please see class timetable for up to date details of closures.
