Yoga and Pilates Classes

We offer a wide range of drop in yoga and Pilates classes to suit all levels of experience. 

Yoga is an ancient physical, mental and spiritual discipline which originated in India at least 2,500 years ago. Through work with the physical body, breath and mind, the aim of yoga is to increase our overall sense of well-being and to create a mental quietness in which we are able to relate both to ourselves and to the universe around us in a state of greater clarity, perceptiveness and peace. Pilates is an exercise method designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance and is based on an anatomical understanding of the body's muscular and skeletal systems.  Classes will focus on specific areas individually whilst using exercises that integrate the whole body to re-educate and restore it to optimum muscular and skeletal function.
