This four week course gives you the knowledge and resources, drawing upon insight from Lisa’s new book ‘Yoga Therapy for Insomnia and Sleep Recovery (available on Amazon).

Whether you have trouble sleeping long term or from time to time you’ll learn step by step how to be more alert, awake and alive all day.

A simple, effective week by week programme will help you sleep better now and in the future:

1. Learn new sleep recovery tools each week:
- Easy to remember yoga including the Simple Sleep Sequence, to do at home to calm down, feel more grounded, and sleep better
- Restorative yoga to ‘mop up’ if you have a bad night’s sleep- so you feel alert and calm during the day
- Easy breath practices to re-balance your nervous system and get you to sleep

2. Troubleshoot your ‘sleep sabotage’, re-work your habits and ‘sleep proof’ your day

3. Learn how sleep works: how much you need, why you’re waking up in the middle of the night or get up too early

For this course, you will receive a special resource-set and follow up to help you to put what you learn into practice

You’ll learn from Lisa Sanfiippo, the UK’s leading yoga for insomnia expert, and author of Yoga Therapy for Insomnia and Sleep Recovery (Singing Dragon, 2019). She brings two decades experience helping herself and others to sleep better through practical yoga to her research and practice based Sleep Recovery programme.
