In these classes we will create a safe and non competitive environment where we will offer techniques and tools for children in their early teens to support themselves and manage daily stress and connect with their true self.
These classes aim to boost self-confidence and concentration, strengthen physical abilities and social skills and elevate creativity and imagination.
This will be achieved by using fun and creative ways to explore yoga poses, practice breath awareness and self-compassion, and learning to connect and de-stress through mindfulness and relaxation while respecting the individuality of every participant.
Our classes are heart based classes and offer space for everyone’s self expression.
