The Nitty Gritty: Flow & Restore for Hips and Shoulders

Releasing tension from hips and shoulders is the main request of most yoga students. Spend the afternoon learning how to deal with these tricky areas in a balanced and effective way.
The practice begins with an active vinyasa flow, focusing on healthy alignment. Followed by deeper stretches that are safe and include structural details about your anatomy, we finish with sweet and relaxing Restorative postures. Each pose will help to release tension and leave you with more space and awareness, so you can practice smarter. Restorative yoga allows the nervous system deep rest which helps us process built up stress, so important as stress is a key factor in tension patterns.
