Sensing & Feeling: Decoding the Messages of the Body Through Asana

So why or when does sensation present itself in our bodies? Where do we feel it? What is the quality and texture of it? What does it mean? Why does it keep coming back? What is it trying to tell me?
In this afternoon workshop, we will discuss and understand the process of sensation arising, and the biochemical alteration in varying emotional experiences. When does a sensation, usually undesirable ones, become chronic.
We will then take this into experiential exploration through movement and asana practice. Learn how to sharpen our awareness, identify and decode, then choosing appropriate response in the moment.
This workshop aims to refresh one’s attentiveness, refine awareness and sensitivity to changes in experiences, taking the practice to the next level and depth.
