Form and Release
Join Eunice and Ruth for a three-hour foray into presence, Ashtanga, and Yoga Nidrā.
We’ll begin the workshop with some chanting, then Eunice will lead a practice to welcome you inwards. Ruth will then guide a more dynamic practice that through enquiry into the Ashtanga sequence seeks to unravel themes of structure and release, focus and dissolution, breathing alive. Eunice will conclude the session offering a Yoga Nidrā to bring you home.
This workshop aims to create a safe, reflective space to dive inwards. The techniques we use in these explorations we hope will be fruitful in your ongoing, personal practice.
Open to all. Some previous experience of yoga is helpful but not necessary.
