Join Sonia for a Cacao Ceremony with Sacred Sounds. As autumn arrives it’s time for us to start to prepare for the winter allowing for what no longer serves us to slowly fall away. We all need some time to ourselves in this hectic and stressful world. This space is a perfect place for you to come and switch off from the outside chaos and journey within. This workshop is here to help support you on your journey, release old patterns, energise your mind and body.
There will be Cacao (raw chocolate) offered at the beginning of the class, which is optional. Cacao is a plant medicine that has been used ceremonially in Central and South America for thousands of years. We drink Cacao in ceremony to reconnect with our hearts and our deep inner guidance. Cacao is known as a heart centered anchor encouraging more love and less fear so we can see more clearly the opportunities available to us.

Sonia creates a beautiful sanctuary where you can come to deeply relax by listening to the wonderful sounds from her crystal singing bowls, Gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, shamanic drum, chimes and rain stick. While your mind is busy listening to the sounds, this then allows you to fall into a deep meditative state where healing takes place on your mind and body. When the brain waves and body are synchronized, balance can be restored and tension/stress released.

This workshop will include a Cacao Ceremony + Breath Work + Meditation + Sound Healing.

All welcome
