Join Tia Castagno for a workshop combining breath control (pranayama), mind control (meditation) and asana sequencing so that you can ignite the fire in the belly that powers up our drive and confidence; ultimately leading to Success in all parts of life.
Your thoughts, the ones you habitually entertain, will inevitably bring you either to failure or success… so you must fully believe in your own plans and abilities (have Confidence) and use all your willpower (have Drive) to carry them out.
The workshop explores techniques to help control fear both in thought and in action as well as ways to learn to use failure as a stimulant to willpower. When we are calm and can draw on the powers of concentration and mindfulness, we can easily direct our mighty mind to accomplish what we most desire (in order to be truly happy).
Physically, the seat of confidence and drive is in the belly (where the ‘fire’ burns). As we learn to ignite this part in our body, in turn, we ignite our confidence and drive and set ourselves on the path to success. During the workshop we will practise asanas and breathing techniques specifically aimed at strengthening our core, the seat of fire, so that we can live to our full potential.
