If you’ve taken a beginners course and want to refine your yoga poses, work with your breath more deeply and understand some of the philosophy and psychology behind yoga practices this course is for you.
We’ll touch upon the therapeutic aspects of yoga, and its ability to affect change in your life outside the yoga room: at home, at work, and at play. How can simple yoga help you feel more stable, more creative, sleep better, feel more alive? Find out!

This course is a mini version of Lisa Sanfilippo’s longer transformation course, Depth Yoga. www.depth.yoga which helps bring yoga practices into daily life in a meaningful way.
