Prices and Booking

Therapies at Notting Hill

Schedule and pricing: You can view our therapy schedule which gives information about therapists, the therapies they offer, their prices and the days and times they work either via our on-line schedule or in pdf (see link above).  The online schedule also allows you to check the current availability of therapists. Alternatively, please call reception on 020 7221 4602 to check availability and to make a booking.

To make a therapy booking: Please book appointments in advance either in person or by calling our reception on 020 7221 4602. If you cannot get through, please leave a short message with your name and number and one of our receptionists will call you back. Payments for therapies are by cash or cheque only as these are given directly to the therapists at the end of each day. Cheques are payable to the therapist. Credit card payments are not accepted for therapies (we take debit or credit card details to secure your first booking).

Same day bookings: Usually our therapists are booked well in advance, however due to last minute cancellations, we may be able to accommodate walk ins or same day requests.

Contact details: If you are seeing a therapist for the first time we will need to take your full contact details and will also ask you for a debit or credit card number. Card details are taken to secure the booking for all clients who are new to a particular therapist. If you have seen other therapists or are a regular participant in our classes, this is still required. No payment will be taken from your card unless you miss an appointment or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment. You will be sent a letter confirming the details of your first appointment, including date, time, therapist, therapy and cost, unless there is not time to do so before your appointment.  Appointment cards can be requested from reception to help you remember your appointment details.

Waiting lists: If the appointment you require is not available, we can add you to a waiting list, and we will call you if an appointment becomes available. However if you are offered a cancellation, it is your responsibility to ensure that you cancel any other appointments that you no longer need.

To cancel or change a booking:

  • 24 hours' notice is required to change or cancel an appointment. Please call reception on 020 7721 4602. You cannot change or cancel an appointment by email.
  • We will provide you with a cancellation number for each appointment cancelled or changed. Please make a note of this for your reference.
  • If you do not turn up for an appointment or have cancelled within 24 hours, you will be required to pay the full cost of the appointment.
