The Therapy Rooms
We have two bright therapy rooms, both located on the first floor of the centre. Before your treatment, relax in our dedicated therapy waiting area where magazines and a water fountain are available. This space is a peaceful silent zone, ensuring calm before your treatment.
For therapies where you remain dressed, please wear comfortable clothing. You are welcome to change or shower before or after a treatment (towels can be hired for £1).
