Take Our 30 Day Challenge in May

At The Life Centre we are lucky enough to have some of the best yoga teachers in London on our timetable, teaching across a diverse range of lineages.

We always say that the best way to become familiar with the different styles of yoga and the different teachers on offer at The Life Centre is to give them all a try.

However, we recognise that’s not always possible – so following recent feedback, we’re making some changes to our timetable to make it easier for you to navigate. And we have a special offer for May so you can give them a try.

We’re changing the way we categorise and describe our ‘vinyasa’ classes as we recognise that it’s too broad a term that has led to confusion.

Our new class styles are:

All of our teachers still bring their unique style and teaching experience to their classes, so to get a better idea of a teacher’s still, check out their bio- or better still, give their class a try.

The best way to experience our re-vamped timetable is to try it for yourself! So we invite you to take part in our 30 day challenge.

How it works:

Purchase our special 30 day challenge pass for £95 (valid for 30 days from purchase). PURCHASE HERE

The pass is available to purchase from 1 – 14 May and you can start the challenge any time during this period.

Practice more than 25 times in 30 days and you’ll receive a 5 class pass (valid until 31 July).

If you are already an unlimited member on either an ongoing monthly contract or a annual pass then you can still take part in the challenge and if you practice more than 25 times in May you either have the choice to receive a 5 class pass to give to a friend or you will receive a free workshop for yourself.
