We are often on the look out for temporary help making up course files and doing general administration. For this kind of work, we pay in kind with vouchers to be redeemed for workshops and training courses.

Karma Yoga Opportunities at The Life Centre
Assisting in Kids Classes
Our Loft Studio is running a full timetable of dedicated kids yoga and creative activities. We have a small number of assisting places available on an ongoing basis. The assistant role is a supportive one to the teacher - you will be responsible for helping to set up the studio before and after class (tables/ chairs/ mats etc), attending to the needs of the children (aprons on etc), and being on hand to help with teacher with anything they need and also helping to clear up after the class ends! Please see the kids activities section for the attached timetables for all the class times. We have three terms, Spring starting in January, Summer starting in April and Autumn starting in September.
Your time will be valued and in return for you help and assistance, we will be offering free classes to you here at The Life Centre. What better way to nurture your practice with London's finest yoga teachers!
As an assistant you will need to hold a current enhanced disclosure Criminal Records Beaurue (CRB) certificate, which we can help you apply for at a cost of £17.25 for volunteers, funded by yourselves.
